Karol Ward, LCSW is an executive coach and professional speaker who specializes in the areas of confidence and communication. Using psychological insight, combined with clear professional development goals, she coaches corporate attorneys and executives on how to establish professional presence in the workplace. She is the author of Worried Sick: Break Free From Chronic Worry To Achieve Mental & Physical Heath (Berkley) and has presented at at The Clinton Global Initiative, Bauer Publishing, ABC News, and twelve law firms from the AM Law 100.
